Mr.Gallagher was admitted to practice law in Virginia and Massachusetts in 2007. His practice includes representing clients in personal injury cases, commercial disputes, and civil rights actions.

Before joining the firm Mr. Gallagher was a member of the Attorney General's Honors Program, working in the Tax Division at the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. Prior to that he clerked for the Honorable Malcolm J. Howard, Senior United States District Judge, in the Eastern District of North Carolina.

Mr. Gallagher graduated magna cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2007. During law school he worked as the Lead Articles Editor of the Richmond Jornal of Law and Public Interest.
